At Ford, I lead the development and launch of key body electronic modules, ensuring on-time delivery of program milestones and strong cross-functional coordination. I’ve supported critical warranty and quality initiatives by driving supplier corrective actions and achieving KPI targets. I also contributed to cost reduction through a successful cost-saving initiative and provided technical input to future vehicle architecture decisions.

In this role, I managed full program lifecycles for advanced interior display modules, from concept to launch. I led a 5-person team through successful ASPICE Level 1 certification by self-learning the framework and coaching others on tools like DOORS Next Gen. I also drove supplier communication and supported RFQ activities with ED&T cost analysis, feasibility studies, and planning.

I led high-impact innovation programs across global teams, managing a $2.5M budget and overseeing development of cutting-edge telematics and compute modules. I created product roadmaps aligned to customer and market needs, presented business cases to executive leadership for funding approval, and stepped into interim engineering leadership for hardware teams. My proactive communication and stakeholder engagement were consistently recognized by leadership.

I served as a technical advisor and early-stage program leader, engaging directly with OEMs to present new technologies and influence sourcing decisions ahead of RFQs. I consolidated customer insights to guide internal product direction and delivered one-pager summaries to business leaders. I also managed POC builds and acted as program manager during RFI/RFQ cycles to support early customer engagement and strategic alignment.

Led efforts to bring technical demos, styling, and Proof of Concepts to OEM customers for Display and Interior Sensing Technologies.

I began my career at Delphi as a Product Mechanical Engineer, I led the design and validation of center console modules from styling to SOP, achieving cost savings through spec optimization and applying design-for-manufacturability principles. My ability to drive DFMEA, BOM, and DVP&R documentation contributed to zero design validation issues. I then took the opportunity to transition into a technical consultant for Display Technologies, where I supported the selection of display technologies, managed supplier coordination, and assisted RFQ strategy for global OEM programs.
